The L.E.A.D. Foundation Partners for

Annual Male Lock-In

On Friday, June 13th (starting at 7:45pm) until the morning of Saturday, June 14th (7am), the combination of the Loganville-Conyers (Sigma Eta Lambda) chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., The LEAD Foundation, and the Iron Men Ministry of Redemptive Life Christian Fellowship are hosting our annual summer male lock-in. The program takes place at the church (406 Pleasant Hill Road NW in Conyers) and is extended to young men in grades 7-12, as it provides a balanced evening of food, fun, and fellowship to provide a means of outreach to the immediate and surrounding community.

Some of the topics covered range from health and wellness via the fraternity's Project Alpha platform, business etiquette and attire via the "Dress for Success" component. Additionall topics include accessing higher education and post-high school resources through the "Go to High School, Go to College" program. Combined with recreational opportunities in a safe environment, participants are able to fellowship with their peers and adults in a positive and constructive manner.

Food and refreshments are provided for the overnight program.
